My mommy and daddy gave me my first "real" bath tonight. It wasn't all that bad until mom got water in my eyes...hence the look on my face in the photo above. I actually enjoy being clean as you can see in the other photos (notice...no spit-up or drool to speak of). I love when they put me in my fleece nightgown, it's so warm and cozy and I know it means it's time to wind down...that's what I am doing in the photos above, just hanging out in my daddy's arms. He has pretty ambitious plans for me already...wanting me to focus on him and mommy...please buddy, I am only 2 1/2 weeks old. I am trying though, and am hoping to recognize the difference b/w my mommy and daddy by the end of the month. I will let you know....

ReplyDeleteI love the bathtub!!!!!!!! It looks like Mommy give a really fun bath. And what's a little water - it's not like you haven't been there before. I wish your Daddy had had a bathtub like that when he was little. All he got was the kitchen sink! Can you imagine haw barbaric that must have felt to him?
You look so cute snuggled in your fleece. What a warm place to be.
I love to see you hanging out with your Daddy. Don't you let him talk you into doing anything you're not ready for. He can be pretty presuasive. Ask Mommy.
It's only 43 days before we get to meet and I am getting so excited I can hardly stand myself. By the time I get there you will be focusing on a lot of things and we can have some really deep discussions about things - you know, life, the world, politics, what to have for dinner.
Time for me to check on your cousin Joshua. Have fun with Mommy today. Let me know if she takes you anywhere really cool.
